Originally two Victorian Houses reconverted and extended to 13, 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, with front and rear security gates and intercom. This property is very close to the town centre. The majority of materials used for the project were recycled to blend in with existing buildings in the surrounding area, Major underpinning was needed to rear of building to stop movement, as the ground was very unstable.
